Quarry Rd Dural NSW 1st June 2012

Went for a short walk on the 1st day of a Sydney winter along the Quarry Track in Berowra valley Regional park. I start at the end of Quarry Rd Dural. This area, only 30 minutes suburban driving from home, is easy walking along a wide and mainly flat fire trail and there is always something in flower to photograph. Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoo, Lyrebird and Pheasant Coucal were some of the birds heard or seen along the way.
